Fifty-Second Day of School

The 5 candidates for Class President delivered their speeches today. tomorrow we will vote by secret ballot.

Reminder: School shoes should be secured to foot by either a lace or Velcro strap.

    What will be the role for the child that gets class president ?

    The duties are minimal. The point of the exercise is experience the process of the democratic election. Later in the year the Class President will help when it is the 1st grade's turn to host the citizenship assembly. Some Presidents in past years have taken a more activate role in things than others.
